We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mac Duggal purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unworn garments with original tags attached. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain high-end evening wear items to ensure the integrity of our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and protective packaging are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
